Michaela & Player's Engagement Session

I loved getting to work with Michaela and Player. They were so comfortable with each other and adorable together! The overcast weather took nothing away from their pics on the Horseshoe at USC. The Horseshoe makes for such a pretty backdrop and its where Player proposed to Michaela! I love it when my clients chose locations that are meaningful to them because it makes it so special. They were so fun to work with and I can’t WAIT for their wedding this year! See all my favorites below!

How did he propose?

He proposed over Memorial Day Weekend. I had some friends in town just to hang out. On Sunday, some of his friends came up and we all went out on the lake. His cousin then text us and asked us to dinner in the Vista (which I was not happy about leaving the lake). Anyways, we were on the way to dinner and his cousin called and said he would be late. So one of our friends (the driver) said she wanted to go to Carolina's campus, which she had never seen. Again, reluctantly I agreed (we had just showered after being on the lake). He then proposed on the horseshoe, which was special because we both went to Carolina for undergrad. Next Thing I know, our families and more friends come running from behind the bushes to celebrate with us- he totally through me off.
