About Still Co:

We are husband and wife wedding and elopement photographers based in a small town in SC. Central to Charleston, Columbia, Aiken, Augusta, GA, Savannah, GA, Asheville, NC and more! We also love to travel and are always up for destinations outside of SC/GA/NC. We care about authentic emotions and relationships. Our goal is to photograph your wedding day as candidly as possible with little interruptions. Your wedding memories matter more to us than our portfolio. Because in the end it isn't our wedding, it's yours and we want YOUR wedding to portray the two of you.

Still Co. has had the pleasure of being featured on select wedding blogs: Southern Weddings, The Wedding Row, The Lovely Find, A Lowcountry Wedding, The Southeastern Bride, A Paper Proposal, The Loveliest Mag and Love and Lavender.

Our Style:

We capture emotions and memories as you experience them. We love to stay out of the way and capture your day candidly. Utilizing every bit of natural & ambient light that we can during a wedding day makes us excited and we especially love low-lit, grainy, black and white images. Those tend to make our hearts skip a beat. But don't worry, we use flash for the reception, too!

It makes us happy when our couples trust us and our style. Our brand means a lot to us and we try to take images that best reflect that. For example, we won't make you "fake laugh" at the camera. Because lets be real, that's so awkward. We'd rather the love you two have for one another be shown naturally so that your laughter and smiling is real and your pictures show the true emotion and excitement of your wedding day.

The biggest day of your life doesn’t have to be as stressful as everyone makes it out to be. As your photographers, we will be there with you every step of the way ensuring you feel as comfortable as possible so you can focus on living in the moment. The best pictures are the ones that are the most natural - the ones that are captured in-between poses. These are the memories we want to create for you to cherish for years to come.

But don't leave your beautiful images stored on your computer. Print them and pass them down to your family. They will appreciate it more than you know.

Frequently asked questions

Q: What makes your work different from other photographers’ work?
A: We take all of our photos in intimate, relaxed settings and try to use natural lighting as often as possible. Our sessions are candid & fun!

Q: Will we get the digital jpegs from our wedding?
A: Yes! You will be able to download your images from the gallery or pull them from your usb drive. All images are high-res jpegs. You will also get a full print release.

Q: What if I lost my USB Drive?
We back up each event to the cloud and to an external hard drive. The online cloud will store your photos for 10 years. Please transfer your photos from your usb drive to your computer as soon as you recieve your photos. That way if you lost your usb drive you still have your photos on your computer. If you wish to purchase an additional usb drive, they are $75.

Q: How many photographers will be there at our wedding?
A: There will always be two photographers at your wedding in order to get multiple
perspectives and extra shots of all of the details.

Q: Will we get featured in a magazine or blog?
A: Although many of our sessions do get featured, this is not something that is guaranteed. Most publishers are interested in colorful, uniquely designed weddings!

Q: How do we reserve our date?
A: A 50% deposit and signed contract is required in order to get your wedding day on the calendar. Thirty days prior to your wedding, the remainder of the balance is due.

Q: Do I have to order prints through you?
A: No, you do not have to! We highly recommend ordering prints through our professional vendors, but it is not required. The difference in quality is HUGE when it comes to ordering through a local printer and a professional lab, so we encourage clients to let us help with prints! We can also send over recommendations on who to use but the choice is always yours. You can certainly print wherever you'd like!

Q: What equipment do you use?
A: We use Nikon equipment - the Nikon d750, the Nikon d800, various lenses, flashes, memory cards, etc. We do have backups in the rare event that anything should occur to one of our cameras or lenses.
