Erik and Kaitlind's Wedding

Working with these two was such a treat. They are incredibly sweet and we had a great time with them on their wedding day. It was a super cold and rainy day. And when I say cold, I mean so cold haha! But I never heard these two complain one time. It started raining towards the end of their ceremony and then didn’t stop for the rest of the night. But we got some pretty awesome photos in the rain and they are some of my favorites ever. Even though it rained the whole evening, one of Kaitlind’s family members had a really neat idea to save some of the rain water in a mason jar so that they could use that water for their future children’s baptisms. How neat is that?

These two were so thrilled to be marrying each other. You could clearly see how in love they were the whole day. I didn’t get to meet Erik before the wedding but he is just as sweet as Kaitlind. I loved the way he looked at her during the day. That was one happy man. So excited to share my favorites below! (Vendors at bottom of post)

Kaitlind and Erik’s proposal story: “We were at my moms house for New Years Eve in Aiken, SC. We had planned to go out and get all dressed up but it didn’t work out. We both still got all fancy to watch the ball drop in my mom’s living room. Right at midnight he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him :)”
