Katherine & Joe’s Engagement Session

Katherine and Joe’s September engagement session was one of those evenings where the light was just so good. We photographed their session on private property surrounded by open fields and so much green, with the prettiest warm sunlight coming through the trees. It was definitely a hot September evening, but these two didn’t seem to mind one bit.

Katherine and Joe are quiet, laid-back, and so naturally affectionate with each other, which made the whole session feel easy and relaxed. Even dodging a little poison ivy along the way didn’t slow us down! I loved spending the evening with these two, and I’m so excited to photograph their wedding later this fall.
